2025/26 Season Membership FAQs
How can I purchase a Taipans Membership for the upcoming season?
If you held a membership in the 2024-25 season, you would have received an email from Taipans Tickets with instructions on how to renew. If you have not received this email please contact Taipans HQ or read the instructions below on how to access your online ticketing account.

How do I access my online ticketing account?
You will need to log in via taipans.tickets.com and click on the top right sign in button. If you have already logged in before you will just need to enter your email and password. If you haven’t your can either log in via the register me link or by resetting your password.

When does the Early Bird Sale end?
The Early Bird sale ends 11:59pm AEST Monday 31 March 2025.
Members who held seats during the 2024-25 season MUST renew during this period to keep their current seats.
After the cut-off date, seats will be released to the general public on Tuesday 1 April 2025.
If available, seats can be changed if preferred – please contact Taipans HQ.
I am a renewing member; how can I change my seats for the upcoming season?
Renewing members can only change or upgrade their seats by contacting Taipans HQ.
This cannot be done online.
If a seating option is not available at the time of renewal, members can go on a waitlist.
If that seat becomes available, they will be notified after the Early Bird period.
Members will also have up until the third home game of the 2024-25 NBL season at the Cairns Convention Centre to change or move seats.
What payment options are available to pay for my Membership?
There are 2 payment options available in full or on our automatic monthly instalment plan. Booking and transaction fees will apply.
How does the monthly instalment plan work?
If you choose to pay on the instalment plan your first payment of 20% will taken at the time of purchase. From there your remaining amount will be split into the remaining months with your final payment being in August.
Why is the instalment plan asking for me to sign in?
You will need to sign into your ticketing online account in order for the instalment plan to be set up with the payment gateway and privacy reasons. Your sign-in details are what you would sign in to access your tickets.
If you are a new member, you must click on the register for free link to set up your email and password.
If you have any issues with signing in you can click on the reset password link or if you haven’t signed in before you can click on the register me for free link. If you are still having trouble then you will need to contact Taipans HQ.
What date will my instalment be taken each month?
Your monthly instalment date will be based on the date that you originally purchased your membership.
Example – If you purchased your membership on the 1st of February the remaining instalment dates will be on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I miss my instalment payment on its due date?
If your payment fails on its due date the system will try and retake payment each day after for the following 3 days. After that, you will be contacted by Taipans HQ so you can make payment. Please read the Terms & Conditions on the monthly instalment plan.
Can I update my card details on the monthly instalment plan?
Yes, you can update your payment details at any time by logging into your online ticketing account via Taipans Tickets.
If you have trouble logging in make sure to reset your password or contact Taipans HQ.
Why is there an advance booking fee?
The advance booking fee is the Vivenu ticketing system fee which covers their booking and transaction fee. This fee has increased from last season due to the upgrade of the automatic instalment plan.
Payments that are paid in full at Taipans HQ will only incur the $1.10 per ticket fee.
