Single Game Tickets

 

Where can I purchase a single game ticket to a Taipans home game?

Single-game tickets to any Taipans home games can be purchased online at https://tickets.taipans.com/

Or by visiting Taipans HQ at 127 Anderson, or by calling 07 4041 3000. Please note that tickets cannot be purchased in person at the venue.

 

How do I access my tickets after I have purchased them? 

Once you complete your purchase, you will see a link to download mobile tickets or transfer tickets on the order confirmation page. You will receive two emails:

  1. An order confirmation email with a link to your order confirmation page, where you can download all of your tickets at once.
  2. A ticket delivery email with links to download the individual ticket

 

How do I sign in to my ticketing account to access all my tickets?

  1. Go to tickets.taipans.com
  2. Tap the “Sign In” button in the top right corner.
  3. If you have already registered your email, you will just need to sign in. If you can’t remember your password, click on the forgot password link to reset your password.
  4. If not, you will need to click on the “Register for Free” option and complete the required fields. An email will then ask for you to verify your account then you should be able to log in.
  5. Once you are logged in, click on the name in the top right corner, then from there click on tickets.
  6. If no tickets are showing, you will need to contact Taipans HQ on 0740 413000 or email tickets@taiapsnc.com

 

 

Is there another way to access my tickets instead of clicking on each ticket in my email?

  1. You can access all of your tickets on your booking by clicking on the first ticket.
  2. Then, in the top right corner, click on the sign-in option.
  3. If you have already registered your email, you will just need to sign in.
  4. If not, you will need to click on the “Register for Free” option and complete the required fields. An email will then ask for you to verify your account then you should be able to log in.
  5. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right, then click on Tickets. All tickets purchased are stored here.

 

I can’t find my confirmation or ticket delivery email. Is there another way to access my tickets?

  1. To access your e-ticket, you will need to log into your Taipans Tickets account by clicking on the sign-in button, then entering your registered email address and your password.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it via the link when you log in.
  3. If you have not set up your account before, you will have to select the “Register for Free” option and complete the required fields.
  4. Once you have registered, make sure to check your email inbox to verify your account before logging back in.

 

How do I download my tickets on my mobile?

  1. Select the event you’re attending to view your tickets. Note: All season tickets will appear as a single event tile and can be stored as one pass per seat
  2. After selecting an event, you can view and manage additional tickets by scrolling from right to left.
  3. Choose “Add to Wallet” on the ticket(s) you want to store.
  4. Tap “Add” in the top right corner to securely store your ticket in your mobile wallet.
  5. All mobile tickets will show a QR code for scanning.

 

How can I print my tickets at home?

  1. Tickets can be printed at home by clicking the Download E-ticket option once you have selected the event.
  2. From there, a PDF version will load for you to then print. This will only be for that single seat. You will need to select each seat to download.

If there is no option to select Download E-ticket, you will need to personalize it with a name first, and then the option to Download should appear.

 

How can I transfer my tickets?

Tickets can be transferred by following the instructions below.

  1. Select “Transfer” on the event you would like to transfer. Note: All season tickets will appear as a single event tile. Multiple seats and games can be easily transferred at once with the following steps.
  2. Select the seat(s) you want to transfer and tap “Proceed.”
  3. Select the game(s) you want to transfer.
  4. Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer ticket(s).
  5. Tap “Submit” to initiate the transfer.*

*Once your transfer has been sent, the recipient will receive an email with a link to accept the transfer. They will not be required to create an account, but will have 72 hours to accept the transfer. You may cancel the transfer at any time until it is accepted.

 

How can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?

As an event approaches, fans may want to explore options to upgrade their seats. If upgrading your tickets is allowed, an “Upgrade” action button will be displayed on the event and ticket tile. Follow the instructions below to upgrade your tickets.

  1.  On the event tile in the “Tickets” section of your online account, select the “Upgrade” action button.
  2. Select the seats you want to upgrade, then proceed. By selecting seats at this step, you are giving yourself the option to upgrade them, but are not yet committing to anything.
  3. For Season Ticket Members, select the event for which you want to upgrade. This step will be bypassed for fans upgrading single-game tickets.
  4. On the “Review selection” screen, you will have the ability to preview available seating options on the interactive map and confirm which of your existing ticket(s) you want to upgrade in the list on the right-hand side of the page. The seats you select in this step will only be released for sale once you complete the entire checkout process.
  5. Once you have confirmed which of your existing seats you want to change, click “Upgrade.” Please note that your selected tickets will be placed in an active checkout and will not be manageable for 20 minutes unless you click “Cancel order” in the checkout window. 
  6. Select new seats on the map. The value of your selected ticket(s) in Steps 4 and 5 will be converted into an “Upgrade Credit” in your shopping cart and applied towards your total. Once you are done selecting new seats, click “Proceed” to continue. Do not use your browser’s back button or close the window without clicking “Cancel order,” otherwise your tickets will be inaccessible until your shopping cart expires after 20 minutes.
  7. Complete all required fields on the “Your details” page and click “Proceed to payment.” You will not be able to edit the email address fields.
  8. Submit payment details and click “Pay” to complete the checkout process. Note: Once complete, the seats you selected to upgrade will be released and made available to other fans. If you need to make any changes to ensure you keep all desired seats, please click the arrow at the top of the screen next to the event name to return to the “Your details” step, then click the arrow again and click “OK” to cancel the checkout and start over at Step 1.

 

 

What happens if I can no longer attend the game? Can I get a refund?

Tickets may not be refunded or returned after purchase, except where permitted by law or the organisation responsible for the event. Requests for cancellations and refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances by emailing tickets@taipans.com

Tickets can be transferred to another person by following the instructions from the questions below.  

 

I am having issues with selecting tickets using the Family of 4 ticket type.

When you select your 1st seat and select the Family of 4 ticket type, you must select the same ticket type 3 more times to allow you to proceed.   

Please note a max of 8 seats are valid for the Family of 4 ticket type.  

 

How do I purchase accessible seating?

I’m having issues with accessing my tickets on game day.

If you have any issues regarding accessing your tickets on game day, please see a ticketing scanner, and they will direct you to the Box Office.

Please note that no tickets can be sold at the Box Office.

 

I have been gifted a Taipans Gift Voucher. How do I redeem it?   

Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online via tickets.taipans.com or at Taipans HQ.

Once you have selected a game you would like to attend, you just add the voucher number to the shopping card.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for season memberships and single-game tickets.

 

How long is a gift voucher valid for?

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the expiry date for gift vouchers is 3 years from the purchase date. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the voucher.
